Enclaimed Shipping Policy
Order Processing & Dispatch
- Packing timeline: We pack all orders the same day they are placed.
- Dispatch timeline: Your order will ship out the following business day.
- Weekend orders: Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are processed and shipped on Monday.
- Bank Holidays: We do not ship on UK public holidays; orders go out the next working day.
UK Shipping Options
- Standard Shipping: Delivers in 3–5 business days after dispatch.
- Express Shipping: Delivers in 1–2 business days after dispatch.
- Note on delivery: Shipping times apply from the moment your package leaves our facility, not from the time of order.
International Shipping (USA & Rest of World)
- Delivery timeline: International orders arrive within 5–9 business days after dispatch.
- Country variations: Exact delivery times depend on your specific destination country.
Tracking & Security
- Fully tracked: Every single Enclaimed order is fully tracked for your peace of mind.
- Quality assurance: We take photo evidence of all items and packaging before they leave our warehouse to ensure quality.
Delivery Exceptions & Liability
- Shared addresses: We are not responsible for missing items once marked "Delivered" to shared locations.
- Examples include: University accommodation, student halls, mailrooms, or business offices.
- Final delivery: Once the courier confirms delivery to the building, our responsibility ends.
